EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY
The cancellation policy details for this event include:
- Full refunds will be available on all cancellations emailed ([email protected]) to the registrar by March 9, 2026.
- No refunds or credits will be issued after March 9, 2026 .
- Registrants failing to attend the event will not be eligible for a refund.
- All applicable refunds will be issued following the close of the event.
- NOTE: A refund will be returned in the original purchase format. If paying with a credit card, a refund will take an additional 10 business days to post to your account.
- If your payment is received in currency other than U.S. dollars, and you are due a refund, you will be responsible for any foreign exchange rate difference.
- Hotel reservations will need to be cancelled directly through the Hotel unless otherwise communicated.

What is the dress attire?
Conference attire is smart casual (nice jeans, no shorts, no flip flops). Since meeting rooms are often cold, you may wish to bring a jacket or sweater.
How will I receive my registration badge and materials?
Event materials will be distributed at the event registration area at the venue. Attendees must wear name badges to all conference sessions and events to gain admittance.
