You don’t need to do a thing! Your account will move to the new system automatically. When you return after the limited access period, just follow these two steps:
- Enter your email address on the login page.
- Check your inbox for a quick verification code to access your account.
Yes—for the better! You will no longer need to remember a password to access your account. Simply enter your registered email address on the login page. We will send a secure, one-time verification code directly to your inbox.
You can still register for some of our events during this transition. While the registration process may look and feel a bit different than what you’re used to, it remains fully functional.
Your event registrations and your current membership status will securely migrate to our new system. You will find all of this information organized within your new, My Account experience after the upgrade.
Your prior event registrations will be visible in your new My Account following the upgrade.
We will continue to send all event access links and communications directly to your registered email address as usual.
There is no change to your existing benefits. You will continue to enjoy all the advantages of your ProSight membership, now supported by a modernized platform designed for faster navigation and simpler online user experience.
