Community Bankers Discuss Top Concerns, Expand on New RMA Survey at Annual Conference

RMA’s 10th Annual Community Bank Survey, conducted in summer 2022, uncovered the top concerns of bankers, including cybersecurity and credit risk, as well as how they tackle compliance requirements and the battle to attract and retain staff. It also revealed that, despite all those headwinds, community bankers are still looking to grow, primarily through increased lending and partnering with fintechs.
