What is the dress attire? 

Conference attire is smart casual (nice jeans, no shorts, no flip flops). Since meeting rooms are often cold, you may wish to bring a jacket or sweater.

How will I receive my registration badge and materials?  

Event materials will be distributed at the event registration area at the venue. Attendees MUST wear name badges to all conference sessions and events to gain admittance.

What types of payment are accepted?

I have registered, how to I modify my registration?  

To modify a registration, please contact the Registrar at [email protected]  stating the specifics of the modification.

What is included with my in-person event registration? 

You will have access to meals (breakfast, lunch, breaks, receptions) and to all conference sessions & optional roundtables.

EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY

The cancellation policy details for this event include:

• Full refunds will be available on all cancellations emailed ([email protected]) to the registrar by September 14, 2026 minus a $150.00 processing fee.
• Credit toward future event: If you cancel from September 15 to October 9, 2026, 50% of the registration fee may be used as a credit toward the 2026 event; no processing fee would apply.
• No refunds or credits will be issued after October 10, 2026.
• Registrants failing to attend the event will not be eligible for a refund.
• Substitutions allowed up to 5:00pm EST October 30, 2026.
• If the event is canceled by ProSight, registrants will receive a full refund for registration fees. However, ProSight does not assume responsibility for any other expenses, including the purchase of airline tickets, incurred by the registrant in connection with attending the event.
• Hotel reservations will need to be cancelled directly through the Hotel unless otherwise communicated.
• All applicable refunds will be issued following the close of the event. NOTE: A refund will be returned in the original purchase format. If paying with a credit card, a refund will take an additional 10 business days to post to your account.

• ProSight has reserved a block of rooms Omni Fort Lauderdale Hotel at a rate of $289 and are quoted exclusive of applicable room taxes and fees.  

• Reservations must be booked before Friday, October 23, 2026 to secure the group discounted rate.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

• Guests must cancel at least 72 hours in advance of arrival.
• All registrants are responsible for their own Hotel reservations and will need to cancel any reservations directly through the Hotel unless otherwise communicated.

Airport Information:

• Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport is approximately 10 minutes (via the bypass road) to/from the Omni.

• Miami International Airport is approximately  50 minutes drive to/from the Omni.
