ProSight Benchmark BI

ProSight Benchmark BI is an interactive dashboard within FYNAPSE that gives you a more flexible way to explore the same benchmarking data and analysis you’re familiar with. Instead of a static report, you can filter, sort, or dig into the metrics that matter most to your institution.  

ProSight Benchmark BI keeps the same trusted data that’s part of our static reports and adds a new way to work with it. Instead of paging through static reports to find specific comparisons, you can filter down to the metrics, segments, or peer groups you’re most focused on, view your performance across timeframes side by side, and move between views in seconds instead of building comparisons manually. ProSight Benchmark BI does not replace your reports, it gives you a more flexible way to explore the data and analysis you’re familiar with. 

If you’re an existing ProSight Benchmarking client, no. ProSight Benchmark BI uses the same data and methodology you already contribute today, no new implementation, software installation, or data submission process required. If you’re not yet a ProSight Benchmarking client, reach out to our team to learn how to get started.

• If you’re an existing ProSight Benchmarking client, ProSight Benchmark BI is already available to you in FYNAPSE for the programs your institution is licensing, you will simply need to get set up with a FYNAPSE account. Contact your institution’s FYNAPSE administrator, your ProSight Relationship Manager, or Research Client Support for access.

Access to ProSight Benchmark BI is included at no additional cost as part of your institution’s Benchmark program licensing (as available by program). 

Yes. In addition to standard national market and peer group comparisons, ProSight Benchmark BI can support enhanced segmentation views that let you benchmark performance against the comparison groups most relevant to your institution. 

These views may include: 

• Bank-specified peer groups 

• Market-level comparisons, including regions, states, and CBSAs 

• Geographic footprint comparisons 

Enhanced segmentation views are available as a paid add-on to standard ProSight Benchmark reporting. 

No, your PowerPoint reports will continue to be delivered on the usual reporting cadence and will remain available in the Reports area of FYNAPSE. ProSight Benchmark BI is an additional way to explore your analysis, not a replacement for the reports you already receive.  

ProSight Benchmark BI data is updated in line with the reporting cadence of the corresponding static reports, whether that’s annual, bi-annual, monthly or weekly depending on the program. 

Yes, Peer groups require a minimum of five institutions to maintain participant anonymity across the group. Markets work the same way. As long as at least five institutions contribute data for a given market, you can select it.  

There’s no limit to the number of accounts your institution can set up to access ProSight Benchmark BI through FYNAPSE. 

No, your institution’s data is only available to your institution’s own users. All standard reports show views at the normative market level, and even peer group comparisons are fully anonymized, with a minimum of five participants required in every group to protect anonymity.
