Join fellow Chapter Leaders to explore best practices that can help your Chapter Board operate more effectively. This year’s conference will feature industry insights and strategic sessions designed to strengthen member engagement and elevate your chapter’s impact.
IMPORTANT: Due to anticipated demand, ProSight will cover attendance costs for the first 150 Chapter Leaders, including conference registration fees and two hotel nights. Chapter Leaders may attend the conference for free up to three times; those attending for a fourth time will be responsible for paying the $650 registration fee, which covers meals, as well as all hotel expenses, either individually or through their chapter.
Additional Chapter Leaders beyond the first 150 are still welcome to attend under this same cost structure, so early registration is encouraged to secure a spot within the group eligible for covered expenses.

- 4th time attendee/4th representative from chapter: $650
- Spouse/Guest (21+): $200 per person
Hotel Information
ProSight has reserved a block of rooms at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Nashville Downtown at a rate of $289 and are quoted exclusive of applicable room taxes and fees.
ProSight will cover both Monday and Tuesday night’s hotel room and tax, for the first 150 Chapter Leaders registered. All other charges are at the responsibility of the attendee.
Hotel reservations must be booked before May 8, 2026 via the online booking link in order to secure the discounted rate. You will be asked for a credit card to secure your reservation, but no charges will be made, and room night charges will be assigned to ProSight accordingly.

What is included with my in-person event registration?
You will have access to meals (breakfast, breaks, receptions) and to all conference sessions.
What is the cancellation policy?
EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY
The cancellation policy details for this event include:
- Full refunds will be available on all cancellations emailed ([email protected]) to the registrar by April 20, 2025
- No refunds or credits will be issued after April 20, 2026.
- Registrants failing to attend the event will not be eligible for a refund.
- All applicable refunds will be issued following the close of the event.
- NOTE: A refund will be returned in the original purchase format. If paying with a credit card, a refund will take an additional 10 business days to post to your account.
- If your payment is received in currency other than U.S. dollars, and you are due a refund, you will be responsible for any foreign exchange rate difference.
- Hotel reservations will need to be cancelled directly through the Hotel unless otherwise communicated. Any guest who does not cancel directly with the hotel will be responsible for their own “no show” fees.

What if I am contacted by a third party for hotel reservations?
ProSight will not reach out to solicit hotel rooms or to register you for this conference. Should you be contacted by any organization or website that claims to offer lower rates we urge you to use extreme caution and contact [email protected] with any relevant information.
What is the dress attire?
Conference attire is smart casual (nice jeans, no shorts, no flip flops). Since meeting rooms are often cold, you may wish to bring a jacket or sweater.
How will I receive my registration badge and materials?
Event materials will be distributed at the event registration area at the venue. Attendees must wear name badges to all conference sessions and events to gain admittance.
